“Mastee bharee kahaaniyaan Seema Archana ki jubaaniya”
Stories can transport people to different places. This was witnessed at SPYM shelter, Sarai Kale Khan, on 13th Oct, when storytellers Archana and Seema visited to spread the magic of stories and reading. The open compound of the shelter home echoed with noises of giggling, clapping hands and the song “Tak Dhoom Tak Dhoom,” as Archana narrated the amusing story of Matku. The magic of storytelling continued when Seema guided the young audience to imitate sounds of animals, sharing valuable life lessons along. The stories told by the duo brought delight to the kids, who got a chance to discover new imaginary worlds and words.
