YogArt with Raie and Monica

In a world filled with the stress of daily life, finding moments of tranquillity and creativity can be incredibly calming. On July 1, we hosted an event that combined the mindfulness of yoga with the joy of crafting to create an unforgettable experience for children. The event aimed to introduce kids to the benefits of yoga and engage them in a fun bookmark-making activity using aluminium wire.

The day kicked off with a blissful yoga session led by Monica who masterfully guided the children through a series of gentle yoga poses, encouraging them to focus on their breath and embrace the present moment. Following the yoga session, the children’s creativity was sparked as they gathered around and made their own unique bookmarks using aluminium wire. As the event came to a close, the children left with smiles on their faces, their hearts filled with a sense of peace, creativity, and accomplishment.
